The brute force attack is highly optimized and we believe it to be the fastest currently available freeware NT password recovery tool. It is compressed (see the readme for Crack32), pre-sorted, and highly "optimized" for use with the above utilities. Because it is compressed, it may not work with other recovery tools.

Ports can be mapped between domains, NICs, etc. HTTP and SOCKS4 proxy support is also included. The FREEWARE version of Mobiusware wProxy is limited to three active connections. Checkout the PROFESSIONAL version for increased capability and more features.

Misc. Utilities

pdf2cbz v0.1 PERL App. 2Kb [10-19-2003]./downloads/pdf2cbz_v0.1.zip If you archive your comics in scanned form, or downloaded free comics off the web, you may have come across comics in the CDisplay format (extension CBR or CBZ). I've written a simple Perl utility to convert to and from CBZ (sorry no RAR yet) and PDF form. To create a CBZ file from a PDF file, you would use the command: pdf2cbz mypdffile.pdf To create a PDF file from a CBZ file, you would use the command: pdf2cbz mycbzfile.cbz pdf2cbz requires the pdfimages utility, part of the xpdf suite, available from here. Please note that there are ports of this utility to most operating systems, including Linux and Windows. pdf2cbz also requires Perl, and should work under all operating systems that support Perl.

DateRename v1.0.0.4 Win32 Console App. 28Kb ./downloads/DateRename.zip   This utility allows you to rename a file to a new name by specifing the format for the new name. The format string can contain date specifiers. This is one of those "small, sharp tools" that I find indispensible. You can even place it on the desktop where it accepts files being dropped on it!

Other statistics (number of comment lines, pre-processor directives, blank lines etc) are also available. Similar to other utilities it supports directory recursion & wildcards. BNT is a web-based, multi-player space exploration game inspired by the popular BBS game of TradeWars. bntHelper requires Perl, and should work under all operating systems that support Perl. bntHelper runs locally on the player's computers. The player's browser connects to the BNT server through it. bntHelper keeps track of every thing you "see" in the game in a simple database. Things like warps out of sectors, planets, ports, prices, etc. It also adds a menu to responses sent from the server that allows access to the information in the DB. It also supports a macro language for automating some of the tedious stuff and a custom report feature utilizing SQL-like queries.

Ed. D&D Monster Manual is based on. You will need the excellent Pilot-DB application on your Palm OS compatible system to use this database. Pilot-DB is a freeware (OpenSource) database program for the Palm OS (any version and any hardware) and compares with the best commercial programs available. You can find it here.
