MoVersion FREEWARE Licensing Agreement

This agreement covers the Mobiusware FREEWARE version of the MoVersion control.

Legal

Mobiusware AND THE AUTHORS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES ON THIS PROGRAM INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. In no event will Mobiusware or its authors be liable for any damages arising out of the use or the inability to use this program.

The author of this program accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from its use and makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided "AS IS", and you, its user, assume all risks when using it.

Distribution License

We encourage you to freely copy and distribute this Freeware program to any and all who are interested in obtaining a copy, including distribution through the Internet, BBS's, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc. The package and runtime control distribution is subject to the following restrictions:

The MoVersion development kit must be distributed as a complete package, If it is not complete then distribution is forbidden.

The FREEWARE version of MoVersion can only be used in a FREEWARE runtime environment. Any distribution or packaging of the MoVersion control in a non FREEWARE application is STRICTLY forbidden. So if you are selling an application (commercial or shareware) that uses the MoVersion control you need to license and use the professional version of this control; if however you are releasing a FREEWARE application then you may freely distribute the MoVersion runtime control with your application.

The development kit - including all related program files and documentation files CANNOT be modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete package, without exception.

You may charge a distribution fee for the development kit, but you must not represent in any way that you are selling the software itself.

You shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.

Any such unauthorized use of MoVersion shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
